Mezzanine floors offer cost effective addition to an existing building adding valuable floor area. Planning permission will be necessary, and provision is required for adequate fire exits etc.

A wide range of flooring options are available including particle board, steel, water resistance flooring and non slip.

• Where required ‘Fire Protection’ can be included, consisting of a Suspended Ceiling to the underside of the steelwork, with all vertical columns clad in a fire protective case.

  Staircases vary from 900mm wide open treads to 1200mm wide closed treads depending on the nature of the application.

  All Mezzanine Floors require a ‘Building Regulations’ Application to be submitted for approval. Our site technicians will advise on every aspect of the necessary steps required to satisfy the regulations governing individual floors – be it storage, office or retail.
