Mezzanine floors offer cost effective addition to an existing building adding valuable floor area. Planning permission will be necessary, and provision is required for adequate fire exits etc.

Design will depend upon floor loadings required, and configuration to suit the existing building.

A wide range of flooring options are available including particle board, steel, water resistance flooring and non slip.
Where required ‘Fire Protection’ can be included, consisting of a Suspended Ceiling to the underside of the steelwork, with all vertical columns clad in a fire protective case.
Staircases vary from 900mm wide open treads to 1200mm wide closed treads depending on the nature of the application.
All Mezzanine Floors require a ‘Building Regulations’ Application to be submitted for approval. Our site technicians will advise on every aspect of the necessary steps required to satisfy the regulations governing individual floors – be it storage, office or retail.
